Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - Glass Doctor & Mended properties About Us Glass Doc and Mended are growing repair and restoration businesses known for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We're looking for a motivated ISR to be the first point of contact for our customers and help keep our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls, handle inquiries, and book appointments Prepare and deliver estimates, and follow up to close sales Coordinate schedules between customers, technicians, and the office Enter and manage job details, invoices, and customer records accurately Support day-to-day operations, including dispatch, order tracking, and vendor coordination Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service, sales, or office operations experience Strong phone presence and clear communication skills Comfortable selling and following up on estimates Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Proficient with CRM or scheduling software and basic computer skills Auto glass, home services, or insurance claims experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive base pay plus sales commission Growth opportunities within a expanding company Supportive, team-oriented environment
