What You'll Do:

Your job is to manage the sales process from opportunity to signed customer.

You'll:

Meet with homeowners through company-generated appointments Build trust and identify the right solution for each customer Conduct professional property consultations and inspections Present roofing and exterior solutions Prepare and explain proposals Follow up consistently and close business Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking and prospecting Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM Communicate closely with our internal team to ensure a great customer experience This role calls for someone who can independently manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing while building strong relationships with homeowners. You may come from roofing or exterior remodeling—or another consultative sales environment where you've learned how to uncover customer needs, present solutions and close.
