Solstice Advanced MAterials Keyword Location Search view all jobs Corporate Development Analyst (Assistant) Morris Plains, NJ Posted yesterday Apply Now As a Corporate Development Analyst (Assistant) at Solstice, you will provide administrative, analytical, and project support to the Corporate Development team, helping execute strategic initiatives, transactions, and executive priorities. You will support the Chief Development Officer and broader team by coordinating business development activities, conducting market and competitive research, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and insights, managing confidential information, and preparing executive-level presentations and reports for leadership, investors, customers, and strategic partners. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to build strong partnerships across the organization, understand our business and strategic priorities, and support the effective execution of Corporate Development initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Chief Development Officer and work on-site at our Morris Plains, NJ headquarters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research & Business Analysis Conduct market, industry, customer, and competitor research. Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and potential growth opportunities. Assist with business cases, growth initiatives, partnership evaluations, and acquisition opportunities. Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting key findings and recommendations. AI & Digital Productivity Utilize AI-powered tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency. Assist in identifying opportunities to incorporate AI into business development processes. Create AI-generated insights, summaries, presentations, and content while ensuring accuracy and quality. Support the Development team in adopting new digital tools and technologies. Corporate Presentation Development Develop professional executive-level presentations for Board, leadership, investor, customer, and strategic partner meetings. Coordinate the collection and validation of content from multiple stakeholders. Ensure presentations align with corporate branding and communication standards. Project Coordination Track strategic initiatives, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Assist in planning and coordinating business development events, workshops, and leadership meetings. Executive & Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Development Officer. Manage calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up action items. Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in business development, strategy, marketing, finance, executive support, or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, or comparable productivity and collaboration tools, with the ability to prepare presentations, manage data, coordinate communications, and support cross-functional teams. Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity platforms preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $90,890K - $113,583K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
