Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents Engage residents through conversation and daily activities Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Communicate effectively with families and care leaders Create enriching experiences for residents, especially in

Memory Care Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or GED, age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
