The Sales & Risk Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency is responsible for gathering and analysing client coverage information, preparing comprehensive risk evaluations, and negotiating with high-net-worth insurance carriers. The role requires at least four years of directly related business development or client service experience, with a proven track record in sales and risk consulting for high-net-worth clients. P&C licensing and personal lines insurance experience are essential. The consultant will use Salesforce and the EPIC Agency Management System to manage account information and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. The position offers a competitive salary range of $67,500 to $125,800, with eligibility for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
