What You'll Do As a Business Development Associate, you'll be an important part of our teams growth. You'll connect directly with professionals in the financial services industry, create new business opportunities, and work alongside experienced consultants.

• Produce a high volume of outbound sales calls in a dynamic environment
• Generate sales leads for our senior consultants
• Participate in ongoing trainings and department meetings
• Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly KPI's set by management
• Partner with senior consultants to help drive new business and firm growth
