Automotive Sales Representative Auto Mart of NJ is hiring three full-time Automotive Sales Representatives in Newark. If you have customer-service skills, drive, and a willingness to learn, we provide automotive sales training. Previous car-sales experience is not required.

460 Lyons Ave, Newark, NJ 07112

Schedule:

Full-time, five days per week, typically 10:00 AM-8:00 PM. Saturday availability is required.

Compensation:

Small base salary plus commission.

Advertised annual earnings range:

$75,000-$180,000; earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

Health insurance and 401(k) What you will do Help customers choose vehicles that fit their needs. Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain organized customer notes. Explain vehicle features, coordinate demonstrations, and support the purchase process. Work with sales and finance managers on deals and paperwork. Learn the dealership sales process and work toward sales goals. What we are looking for Clear communication, customer-service mindset, and dependable follow-through. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. No previous automotive sales experience required; training provided. English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred, not required.
