Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Car Wash Sales Representative / Membership Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, promoting membership programs, and delivering exceptional client service. Your enthusiasm and sales expertise will help build lasting relationships with customers, increase membership sign-ups, and contribute to the overall growth of our car wash business. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business development in a fast-paced environment. Base pay + commissions + tips Weekends

REQUIRED

Duties Greet customers at pay station, build rapport in 30 seconds Recommend the best wash package based on their needs, pitch Unlimited Close membership sales and hit daily/weekly goals Handle cash/credit transactions accurately Help manage car flow and keep pay station area clean Know all our washes and promos cold

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred (retail, car sales, phone sales, car wash) Outgoing personality, you can talk to anyone Reliable, on time, weekend availability is non-negotiable Bilingual Spanish/English is a huge plus Room to grow to Shift Lead /

From $15.92 per hour
