$22 to $100 per hour, based on sales performance Starting Compensation Starting base pay of $22 per hour Starting commission of 15% of net profit from completed sales Gas reimbursement Prequalified leads provided No cold calling All compensation terms are starting rates. Base pay, commission percentage, gas reimbursement, and overall earning potential may increase based on performance, sales results, reliability, customer follow-up, and continued success with the company. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our growing team in Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with homeowners and close sales. You will travel to scheduled appointments throughout Rhode Island, meet with homeowners in person, discuss their construction and home improvement needs, recommend appropriate solutions, present pricing, and follow up with customers.
