Someone who sees a slow moment and thinks: "Who can I contact? Who can I follow up with? What can I sell today?"

YOUR TALENT SHOULD BE REWARDED

$17-$20/hour + COMMISSION The more value you create, the more opportunity you have to earn. We want people who are excited about reaching goals, closing sales and being rewarded for excellent performance.

You'll have the opportunity to sell: Luxury floral arrangements Weddings & special events Romantic experiences & gifts Authentic luxury fragrances Premium gifting experiences One customer may walk in looking for a perfume — and leave with the perfect anniversary gift. Another may contact us about flowers — and become one of our future wedding clients. Your job is to recognize the opportunity and create the sale.

YOU MAY BE OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE IF

… ✓ You're confident speaking with customers. ✓ You LOVE sales and reaching goals. ✓ You know how to follow up instead of waiting for customers. ✓ You're comfortable asking for the sale. ✓ You know how to build relationships that create repeat customers. ✓ You bring ideas and solutions when business is slow. ✓ You're motivated by commissions and bonuses. ✓ You're comfortable communicating through Instagram, phone, text and email. ✓ You want more than "just another job." Strong English required. English/Spanish bilingual preferred. Previous experience in luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, jewelry, bridal, fashion, hospitality, wireless or commission-based sales is highly valued.
