Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell additional items or services
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience

Experience:

• Previous experience in wireless sales or technical sales is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
