Nelbud B2B Inside Sales Representative•Kitchen Ventilation & Controls Atlantic City, NJ (In-Person) Ready to take your career to the next level? Whether you come from a technical background, customer-facing role, or have experience working with contractors or service teams, this is an opportunity to break into B2B sales with structured support, training, and real growth potential. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll work with existing customers, incoming opportunities, and internal teams to deliver real solutions that help businesses run safer and more efficiently. What You'll Do Follow up with customers and respond to service and sales inquiries Prepare quotes and proposals for kitchen ventilation and control solutions Partner with technicians and service teams to identify opportunities Recommend system upgrades, replacements, and service solutions Manage and maintain an active pipeline in CRM systems Build strong relationships with commercial clients Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through follow-up and support What We're Looking For Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles preferred OR experience working in a technical, mechanical, or service-based environment (HVAC, electrical, construction, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with CRM systems and tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceTrade, or similar is a plus) Motivated by growth, performance, and earning potential Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities What You'll Get Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Training on systems, products, and sales processes Clear path for advancement within the company Stable, growing industry with long-term career potential Flexible and supportive team environment About Us We specialize in commercial kitchen solutions, including ventilation system services, fire protection and suppression systems, and grease management.
