Job Description

In-Home Sales Consultant - Windows & Doors Pre-Set Appointments | $150K-$250K+ Opportunity Ardmor Windows & Doors is seeking a motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and provide solutions for window and door replacement and repair projects. This is a field-based sales position where you will meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, evaluate their needs, present product solutions, and guide them through the purchasing decision. We provide pre-qualified homeowner appointments — no cold calling or door knocking required . Sales consultants typically receive 15-20 qualified appointments per week , giving motivated professionals an excellent opportunity to generate significant income. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home consultations Evaluate window and door replacement or repair needs Take measurements and assess project scope Present product options and pricing to homeowners Educate customers on materials, performance, and installation process Provide professional recommendations and build trust with homeowners Prepare estimates and proposals for customers Close sales during the consultation whenever possible Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM system Coordinate with office and production teams to ensure a smooth project handoff What We Provide Pre-set qualified homeowner appointments No cold calling or canvassing required Strong marketing and lead generation support High-quality window and door products Competitive commission structure Training on products and sales process Support from experienced office and installation teams Established company with strong reputation and customer reviews Compensation Commission-based compensation High average project values ( typically $8,000 - $40,000 per project ) Expected earnings: $150,000 - $250,000+ per year Top performers may exceed these earnings depending on performance and closing ability.
