Duties Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and licensing paperwork efficiently and accurately Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle documentation, registration status, and related services Handle cashiering duties including processing payments and issuing receipts with professional phone etiquette Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of vehicle records and administrative documents Qualifications Proven experience in dealership or automotive repair environments is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and administrative procedures Experience with retail sales, cash handling, and customer service is preferred Knowledge of dealership operations including inventory control and public speaking skills for client interactions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Familiarity with outbound sales strategies, sales pipeline management, and sales management practices Join us as a Motor Vehicle Clerk where your enthusiasm for the automotive industry combined with your organizational expertise will drive success!
