This role will be supporting sales process and escalated customer needs to maintain a high quality customer experience. • Description
• Provide sales and customer support through product knowledge, troubleshooting and understanding customer needs. This role will be escalated support for sales and service.
• Provide inside sales support to customers and sales reps
• Escalation and troubleshooting support for customer service spare parts team
• Communicating with sales, assembly, engineers and customers
• Technical assistance for spare part needs
• Purchase order management and inventory oversight
• Upsell additional products if necessary
• Qualifications
• Inside sales and customer service experience
• Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Order management experience
• ERP system experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• The pay range for this position is $30.00
