Bonus based on performance Company car Paid time off Training & development Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our growing restoration company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, plumbers, facility managers, and other referral partners while generating new business opportunities in the restoration and mitigation industry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, community involvement, and outside sales. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with: Insurance adjusters and agents Property managers Plumbers and HVAC contractors Facility managers Commercial property owners Realtors and local businesses Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber of commerce meetings, and BNI groups Conduct daily marketing routes and in-person visits to referral partners Promote company services including: Water damage restoration Fire and smoke restoration Mold remediation Biohazard cleanup Reconstruction services Create and deliver presentations and marketing materials Track all sales activity and contacts within CRM software Follow up with existing clients and referral sources regularly Assist with community outreach and brand awareness campaigns Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Minimum number of weekly sales calls and site visits New referral partner relationships established monthly Attendance at networking events and business groups Monthly revenue generated from new accounts Follow-up activity and CRM updates completed daily Growth of assigned territory and referral network Qualifications Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred Restoration industry experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable with outside sales and networking Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission structure Commission opportunities on new work generated Bonus opportunities based on performance Paid training and professional development Company phone/tablet (if applicable) Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday Occasional evenings for networking events Why Join Us?
