The Treatment Coordinator/Dental Sales will play a key role in expanding our market presence through effective account management, product demonstrations, and technical sales expertise. Responsibilities Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financing options, and benefits clearly and professionally Drive dental product and service sales through outside sales efforts and B2B engagement with dental practices and healthcare providers Conduct product demos to educate clients on features, benefits, and technical specifications of dental solutions Manage key accounts by maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions Lead negotiations to close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve service offerings Collaborate with the marketing team to develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools for client meetings or training sessions Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office applications such as Word Experience Proven experience in sales with a focus on B2B or pharmaceutical markets Demonstrated success in product demos, technical sales, and account management Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and internal teams Leadership qualities with experience guiding or mentoring team members preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and presentations Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to leverage their sales expertise within the healthcare industry while contributing to a growing organization committed to excellence in patient care.
