We specialize in fire trucks, brush trucks, mini pumpers, and custom apparatus solutions through trusted manufacturers including KME, E-ONE, Ferrara, and Fouts Bros. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative passionate about supporting first responders and building long-term customer relationships through honest communication and dependable service. Position Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with fire departments, municipalities, and emergency service organizations throughout assigned territories. This role involves frequent travel, in-person customer visits, attending trade shows and events, conducting apparatus demonstrations, and guiding customers through the purchasing process from start to finish. Responsibilities Travel more than 50% throughout assigned territory to meet with fire departments and municipal customers Build long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Conduct sales presentations, truck walkarounds, and apparatus demonstrations Assist departments with identifying apparatus specifications that fit operational needs and budgets Generate and follow up on sales leads Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams regarding production timelines and customer updates Attend industry events, trade shows, seminars, workshops, and customer engagement events Qualifications Sales experience preferred (outside sales or B2B sales strongly preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Must be able to pass a background screening Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with extensive travel and overnight stays Experience in fire service, emergency services, trucking, or heavy equipment sales is a plus Ability to confidently present to groups and municipal decision-makers What We Offer Competitive salary plus commission opportunities Health and Wellness Benefits 401(k) with company match available after eligibility period.
