Job Description
- Welcome customers in the showroom, online, and by phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Assess each customer's needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Present vehicle features, technology, safety options, and available packages clearly and accurately.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Follow the dealership sales process from lead follow-up through vehicle delivery.
- Work with sales managers and finance team members to support pricing, trade-in, financing, and leasing discussions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current on inventory, manufacturer incentives, product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using computers, email, phones, and customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
