In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business to business sales and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. Your ability to negotiate effectively and provide outstanding customer service will be key to your success in this position. Company vehicle available. Position has Amazing Bonuses as well. Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. Lead presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our technology solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any client concerns or issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market. Cold calling Develop weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals Identify and bid on government opportunities. Ensure our SAMS registration is always active. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in Southern, NM to include, City, State, & County Fleets, Hospitals, Constructions, Trucking, and Auto Mechanic Sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Strong account management abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Must be able to pickup auto/ truck batteries that could weigh up to 55 pounds. Clean Driving Record, Background Check Required.
