What You'll Do As a Retail Sales & Custom Order Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and responding to customer emails with professionalism and care.
• Assisting with inventory checks and merchandise restocking.
• Tracking incoming garments and outgoing completed orders.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and customer communication records.
• Supporting the overall efficiency of the production workflow. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of skills, experience, and a positive attitude. Here's what we're looking for:

• Experience:

  At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred. Experience in screen printing, embroidery, signage, or promotional products is a plus.

• Skills:

• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Knowledge:

• Familiarity with garment brands, printing methods, and decoration processes.
• Experience with order entry systems, POS software, and Shopify or ecommerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of artwork formats and production terminology.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 pounds occasionally.
