Job Description
Performs a range of skilled, strategic, and administrative support work coordinating business recruitment, retention and expansion activities, research, and outreach efforts, including other business-resource incentive programs, Initiates, analyzes, oversees, and shepherds business expansion targets into Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) contracts and legislation. City of Santa Fe liaison to Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC), and Santa Fe Film Council. Creates conditions for new business recruitment. Cultivates and shepherds' business expansion, industry cluster development and business ecosystem relationship management. Supports strategic forecasting and specifically takes the lead on business recruitment.
