Sales Coordinator

The historic Sagebrush Inn & Suites is hiring a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be a dependable worker who is able to handle a challenging job with a good attitude. The primary focus of the Sales Coordinator will be assisting the Sales Manager in creating banquet events orders and reading over contracts and handling inquiries and inbound sales calls. You will be trained to perform all roles in the Sales Team to fill in when necessary. Below is a brief summary of the job requirements and responsibilities. 1 year of Sales or Sales Support experience preferred (does not have to be hotel specific) Computer experience is a must. Must be familiar with MS Office and be computer savvy Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment and work well under pressure Be very detailed oriented and accurate in data entry Experience in Delphi Salesforce is a plus Contacting clients for planning events and after scheduled booking/function to ensure guest satisfaction Must be able to speak and read English, the ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus Other responsibilities available depending on experience and interest Prepare contracts and banquet events orders with customers Supervise Event staff and Banquets when needed Available during busy hotel times, may include holidays and weekends ~The Sagebrush Inn opened in 1929 as a 17-room hotel catering to guests traveling by carriage along the trade route between New York and Arizona.
