Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with measurement tools will help uphold our commitment to excellence. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our production processes, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment dedicated to precision and quality. Duties Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify product compliance with quality standards in production Conduct dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) analysis to ensure parts meet specified tolerance Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with measurement instruments such as height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and data collection activities with attention to detail Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data analysis necessary for precise quality assessments Ability to operate vision inspection systems and understand the use of precision measurement tools in machining processes Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of defects and recommend improvements for quality assurance processes Join us in ensuring the highest standards of product excellence!
