What Drives Success The Inside Sales Rep is an individual contributor responsible for achieving assigned revenue targets across a defined account portfolio. This role partners closely with the sales teams and reports directly to the General Manager - Duro Dyne to drive growth, strengthen distributor relationships, and expand product penetration within the HVAC market. Key Responsibilities Proactively promote the full portfolio of HVAC products through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits with distributors. Manage and grow existing HVAC distributor accounts while increasing sales through share-of-wallet expansion, new product introductions, and new distributor prospecting. Maintain regular, direct communication with assigned accounts to provide updates on sales performance, forecasts, and annual volume progress. Collaborate with Territory Managers to align on account strategies, objectives, and revenue growth initiatives. Utilize the company CRM system to document all sales activity, maintain accurate territory contact lists, and provide actionable feedback to internal cross-functional teams. Ensure pricing accuracy and actively monitor, analyze, and respond to competitive activity within the assigned territory. Participate in networking efforts such as trade shows, industry events, and conferences as required to build relationships and generate new business opportunities. Support sales initiatives through data-driven insights, disciplined follow-up, and consistent account engagement. Travel Requirements This position requires approximately 10% travel , primarily for distributor visits, trade shows, and industry events. What We Are Looking For Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
