This is a one-year program designed to train future leaders in clinician well-being. Whether pursuing a career as an institutional well-being leader or an academic emergency physician with a niche in clinician well-being, fellows benefit from a flexible curriculum that can be tailored to their professional interests. Required Qualifications:

Board certification or board-eligibility in Emergency Medicine. New York State medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
