BDC Agents Wanted - High Volume Honda Dealership | Family Owned Since 1977 | $50K-$80K+ First-Year PotentialJoin One of Long Island's Most Established Honda Dealerships Honda City is a family-owned and operated dealership that has proudly served the Long Island community since 1977. For nearly 50 years, we have built our reputation on exceptional customer service, employee longevity, and a commitment to doing business the right way. Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, we are seeking two motivated BDC Agents to join our team and help support our expanding Internet Sales Department. Position Overview As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer follow-up activities while scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Compensation First-Year Earning Potential:
$50,000 - $80,000+ Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses based on appointments shown, customer engagement, and department goals. Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and text messaging Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department Follow up with unsold customers and previous inquiries Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction Qualifications Previous automotive BDC experience preferred Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong phone presence and customer service mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience using CRM software preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and demeanor What We Offer High volume of incoming customer opportunities Competitive compensation plan with bonus opportunities Paid training and ongoing development Career advancement opportunities within the dealership Supportive management team and positive work environment Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off (where applicable) Why Honda City?
