Competitive base salary + commissions with unlimited earning potential. Essential Job Functions and Duties

•Inside Sales Specialist Generate residential or commercial sales through answering inbound lead calls and follow-up over the telephone using a variety of techniques. Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads, 100 per day average. Meet and exceed all assigned sales quotas. Partner with field sales inspectors to provide referrals for complex prospective opportunities. Update and maintain prospect database and opportunity funnel on a daily basis. Create a connection and develop rapport with customer to provide outstanding, personalized service. Listen carefully and connect with customers to understand their priorities and needs and to identify products and solutions that would benefit them. Meet or exceed sales goals by influencing customers to learn about products/services that will benefit them. Pursue an in-depth line of inquiry with callers to make sure we can provide the right solutions to meet their needs. Accept and implement coaching and feedback on call management to achieve individual and team performance goals. Promote benefits and features of pest control services to the customer. Support customer throughout duration of transaction. Provide cross selling for additional ancillary services provided by the company. Maintain understanding of product service offering knowledge and ability to explain benefits to customer. Actively participate in team meetings and assigned projects. Experience, Education, and Skills Required

•Inside Sales Specialist High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Customer service orientation with at least two years related experience in telephone sales. Consultative selling abilities designed to provide customers with appropriate solutions. Ability to build rapport with customers in a professional and courteous manner, using empathy and active listening skills. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of pest control products a plus. Schedule This position requires the ability to work full-time, five to six days per week and approximately 8 hours per day in an on-site office setting. Why work for JP McHale Pest Management?
