Position Overview The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding customers through the selection and purchase of powersports vehicles and accessories. This role combines consultative sales with deep product knowledge to help customers find the perfect fit for their needs and lifestyle. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about powersports. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience Greet customers and provide a welcoming, engaging showroom experience. Assist customers in selecting powersports vehicles, parts, accessories, and apparel. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and differences between models. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery and follow-up. Product Knowledge & Expertise Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, brands, and inventory. Stay current on new models, features, promotions, and industry trends. Educate customers on vehicle operation, safety, maintenance, and ownership. Assist with merchandising and maintaining an attractive showroom floor. Customer Service Provide professional, courteous, and responsive customer service at all times. Address customer questions, concerns, and post-sale needs promptly. Ensure a seamless and positive experience before, during, and after the sale. Teamwork & Continuous Learning Collaborate with team members across departments to meet dealership goals. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product certification programs. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications No experience necessary! Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Passion for powersports and willingness to learn product details. Flexible hours with the ability to work Saturdays. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Valid driver's license; motorcycle endorsement preferred. These considerations may cause compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is as follows:

Base Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Commission:

Uncapped earning potential based on sales performance, including major unit sales. The actual hourly rate and commission structure offered will depend on the individual candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. This position is commission‑eligible. Total compensation may vary based on individual performance.
