This is a full-time, in-person position — Monday through Friday, no weekends. Direct Fairways is a fast-growing, 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) that has grown from one office into a nationwide sales organization with 300+ employees across 7 offices. We're looking for a self-motivated, coachable, and competitive Sales Representative who's ready to learn. No previous sales experience is required — our paid training and ongoing coaching are designed to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed.

Compensation:

$16/hour- up to $40/hour (Performance-based) 10-20% commission $1,000-$2,500 monthly bonus opportunities Daily cash incentives Weekly pay + $100 sign-on bonus As a 100% Employee-Owned Company, every eligible employee shares in Direct Fairways' success through our ESOP.
