Inside Sales Representative - Business Financing

Hiring Cold Callers / Sales Brokers (Full-Time, In-Office) We are a growing business financing brokerage looking to hire motivated and experienced sales professionals for a full-time, in-office position. We work directly with business owners to help secure working capital and financing solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in cold calling and/or sales Strong communication and phone skills Confident, disciplined, and coachable individuals Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent Serious work ethic and money motivation MCA experience is a plus, but not required. If you have strong sales ability, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:

Base salary: $2,000-$3,000/month 15% commission on funded deals Strong earning potential for high performers
