Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate medical professionals about the benefits and proper use of IVIG therapies. Manage existing accounts effectively while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with healthcare organizations to secure long-term partnerships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions that meet their clinical needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and logistics to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
