Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Service Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, driving business growth through exceptional customer engagement and strategic outreach. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help strengthen customer relationships and expand our service department's reach. Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to service appointments and customer needs. Promote our service offerings by effectively communicating benefits and scheduling appointments that meet customer requirements. Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track customer interactions, update records, and manage follow-up activities. Develop strategic outreach plans to engage existing customers and attract new clients through marketing campaigns and personalized communication. Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless scheduling, customer satisfaction, and timely service delivery. Negotiate appointment times and service packages to maximize customer convenience while meeting dealership goals. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities to support business development efforts. Qualifications Proven experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward business development. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently using project management principles. Knowledge of automotive services or related industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with marketing strategies aimed at increasing service department engagement. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
