Sales Support Specialist for the Long Island Office of a Leading National Commercial Real Estate Agency Monday-Thursday 9-4 PM in our Islandia, NY office (some flexibility here) As a sales support specialist for the Long Island office of a leading national commercial real estate agency, your primary responsibilities will involve assisting agents and brokers with sales support tasks related to buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. Some of the duties that you will be expected to perform may include: Broker support: You will be expected to provide sales and administrative support to agents and brokers, including organizing files, preparing documents, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Assisting with marketing activities:
You will be responsible for assisting agents and brokers with marketing activities such as creating proposals, listing flyers, brochures and offering memorandums, posting listings on various online platforms, email campaign creation & management and coordinating open houses.
Sales training:
Assist Director of Business Development in delivering sales training to NAI Long Island's team of commercial real estate brokers.
Transaction management:
Assist accounting staff, sales manager, salespersons and principal broker with transaction management, including commission and other fee income billing and recording of fee payments from property owners. You will be responsible for entering and updating information related to leads, properties, clients, and transactions in the company's transaction management system.
Coordinating with clients:
You will be expected to communicate with clients via phone or email, respond to their inquiries, and provide updates on property listings and transactions. To be successful in this role, you should be tech savvy, have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. You should also be comfortable working with various software applications, including MS Word and Excel, CRM's, database applications and presentation software,such as Canva or Powerpoint. A basic understanding of commercial real estate transactions would be helpful, but not required.
