You'll work directly with Sales Manager Joel Cherberg , who will help guide you through our sales process, develop your skills, and help you build a successful career in automotive sales.

What You'll Do:

Meet and build relationships with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process Learn to identify customer needs and match them with the right Toyota vehicle Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Learn and explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and financing Follow up with customers through phone calls, texts, and email Work closely with Joel and the Sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience Stay informed about Toyota products, inventory, features, and current promotions Work toward individual and team sales goals Provide a professional, friendly, and memorable experience from start to finish

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. New hires will receive a training guarantee at minimum wage during the training period while learning our sales process, Toyota products, and dealership systems. Once training is completed, you will transition to our commission-based compensation structure , giving you the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your performance.
