Job Description

Are you an experienced residential construction sales professional looking for a role with high-quality leads and a stable, supportive environment? We are a premier Long Island remodeling firm specializing in high-end dormers, extensions, and large-scale additions. As one of our senior sales team members prepares for retirement, we are looking for a friendly, outgoing professional to take over a consistent pipeline of company-provided leads-most of which are valued at $100,000 or more.
salary:
$75,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities In-Home Consultations:
Travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk to meet potential clients, assess their homes, and discuss project goals.
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with our in-house architect and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accurate estimating.
Pipeline Management:
Use Buildertrend and CompuTool to track leads, manage proposals, and maintain clear communication with the office.
Closing:
While the initial work happens in the field and at home, final contract closings are conducted at our Levittown office to ensure a professional, seamless handoff to production.
