AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicles Conduct test drives and explain features, options, and benefits Present pricing, financing options, and close sales Follow up with customers to build relationships and generate referrals Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Deliver a customer-first experience to drive repeat business and high CSI 🎯

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or customer service) ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment ✔ Valid driver s license with clean driving record ✔ Bilingual is a plus (not required) 🕒

SCHEDULE
