Reports to a Business Development Manager or Director.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Review and improve marketing materials (capability statements, proposals, brochures, decks). Conduct cold calls to developers, architects, engineers, property managers. Attend networking events, seminars, trade shows, and industry meetups. Build relationships with architects, engineers, developers, municipal contacts. Identify new projects across Suffolk, Nassau, and NYC. Monitor municipal bid portals and private development announcements. Represent the company professionally and charismatically. Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines. Assist with social media, branding, and digital presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Construction industry knowledge (GC operations, trades, permitting). Strong communication and networking skills. Charismatic, well-dressed, presentable. Computer savvy (CRM, Canva/Adobe Express, email marketing tools). Ability to speak confidently about construction processes. Valid driver's license; reliable transportation.
Preferred Background:
Experience with a GC, subcontractor, developer, or construction supplier. Degree in Construction Management, Marketing, or Business. Existing network in NYC/Long Island construction community.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
