What You'll Do As a Client Experience Specialist/Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our studio.

You will:

Proactively generate leads, follow up consistently, and close new membership sales Conduct engaging studio tours that connect each client's needs to our programs Book Intro Classes and convert first-time visitors into loyal members Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships that support long-term retention Assist the Owners & Manager with strategic sales initiatives and community outreach Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Participate in events such as health fairs, community events, and local partnerships to promote the Club Pilates brand Contribute studio social media content—photos, reels, and stories that showcase our studio, team, and members Manage priorities efficiently and stay composed under pressure in a high-traffic studio What We're Looking For 2+ years (minimum) of proven sales experience, preferably in a membership- or goal-driven environment A strong closer who thrives on hitting and exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—professional, confident, and persuasive Highly organized with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities Strong judgment and decision-making skills; able to adapt quickly in a busy environment Tech-savvy and able to learn and use Club Ready or similar systems efficiently A genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to team success Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive base pay Lucrative commission and performance-based bonus opportunities Free Pilates classes Full-time positions eligible for health insurance + 401K Significant potential for career advancement with new studios opening soon Supportive, upbeat, fun and fast-paced work culture that rewards results Room to grow with clear career paths into management, marketing, instructing/teaching, and other leadership roles as our network of studios expands Schedule & Availability We are looking to fill both a Full-Time and Part-Time position.
