This position combines the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative, Dispatcher, and Installation Coordinator . You will play an important role in the customer experience—from the first phone call and appointment booking through scheduling, installation, permitting, and final job completion. We are looking for someone who communicates professionally, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of making sure every detail is followed through to completion. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls with a professional, friendly voice. Book service, sales, and installation appointments. Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email. Coordinate technician and sales representative schedules. Dispatch and assist with the daily service schedule. Schedule installation projects and communicate expectations with customers. Follow installation projects from scheduling through final completion. Maintain communication between customers, technicians, installers, sales representatives, and management. Coordinate town permit applications and required documentation. Communicate and coordinate with utility companies when required for customer projects. Track open items, permits, inspections, appointments, and project requirements to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments, project status, documentation, and next steps. Keep accurate and organized customer and job information in company systems. Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and keep jobs moving forward. Requirements Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: A strong and confident communicator. Professional and friendly on the phone. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and accountable. Comfortable working as part of a team. Willing to learn new systems, processes, and procedures. Focused on providing an excellent customer experience from beginning to end. Customer service, dispatching, scheduling, administrative, permitting, home service, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry experience is a plus, but the right attitude, communication skills, and organizational ability are equally important.
