Responsibilities Support sales operations and office workflows to help the team move quickly and serve customers effectively. Respond to inbound inquires via email and phone. Follow up with customers and qualify sales opportunities. Learn how to prepare quotes and provide product information. Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business and follow up on quotations. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Develop knowledge of our products and services through on the job training. Collaborate with sales team to support active accounts. Qualifications Associate Degree in Electrical Technologies, Business or related field. Sales experience within an industrial/electrical controls environment preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic computer skills Organized, reliable and able to manage follow ups. Salary based on experience.

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
