  • Description and Requirements
  • The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for calling on independent stores to sell products, secure new item authorizations, execute promotions, and perform merchandising.
This role follows monthly priorities set by Business Managers and ensures product distribution and in-store execution across assigned accounts. The representative also helps coordinate store events, such as demos, remodels, and new store openings, to drive sales and brand presence.

  • What will you do?
  • + Present new products and secure orders from store buyers.
+ Execute promotional activities and, where possible, arrange off-shelf displays. + Ensure distribution and placement of existing items in stores. + Assist with merchandising and display maintenance for client products. + Enter orders into the turnover system after visits and transmit to the office for distributor delivery. + Coordinate and support store events, including demos, trade events, remodels, and new store openings. + Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and new items. + Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and regional managers of clients. + Report competitive activity, trends, and issues to management. + Ensure full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts. + Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Experience and Qualifications
  • : + Entry-level to experienced candidates considered; training provided.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to lift and handle products as required. + Comfortable using electronic devices and order-entry systems.
