What you'll actually do Speak with prospective clients and families, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and care Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals Follow up consistently on referrals to maximize conversion and keep opportunities moving Stay organized and proactive in managing multiple active prospects simultaneously Learn and master the intake process — full training provided Partner closely with the operations team to ensure every client has an exceptional experience from day one What we're looking for A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships Motivated by goals, performance, and winning — you hate letting opportunities slip away Persistent and tenacious — you don't stop after one phone call Organized enough to juggle multiple opportunities without dropping the ball Quick learner with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong ownership mentality Energetic, self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do Healthcare experience is NOT required — we will train you on everything industry-specific Environment A high-performance culture that celebrates wins, rewards hard work, and creates real opportunities for people who consistently deliver results.
