As a Broker Trainee, you will receive training and development in: Prospecting and new client acquisition Financial markets and investment products Building and maintaining client relationships Telephone sales and professional communication Identifying prospective client needs Developing a long-term book of business Industry rules and compliance Preparation for applicable securities licensing requirements Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Make outbound calls to prospective clients Generate and develop new client relationships Follow up with prospective clients Learn financial products, markets and investment terminology Work alongside experienced financial professionals Maintain accurate prospect and client records Meet daily and weekly activity goals Participate in ongoing sales and industry training Work toward becoming a licensed financial professional Who We're Looking For You do not need previous Wall Street or brokerage experience.
