Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Lead/Key Holder to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store responsibly while ensuring security protocols are followed. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers with product knowledge and resolving inquiries efficiently. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Supervise sales associates by providing training, coaching, and feedback to enhance team performance and sales effectiveness. Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy. Support recruiting efforts through interviewing potential candidates and participating in employee orientation and onboarding processes. Maintain organized records of sales transactions, payroll documentation, bookkeeping tasks, and operational reports. Assist in managing store budgets, purchasing decisions, and inventory management to optimize sales opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles within the retail industry. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and managerial communication. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, and retail math including pricing and budgeting. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple responsibilities such as shift management and operational oversight. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control, cash handling, and recordkeeping. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Experience with recruiting, interviewing candidates, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and training & development is highly desirable.
