Job Description

The Opportunity As the Sales Rep (Associate Partner Track) , you will leverage our national brand power and local market presence to drive new B2B revenue. You will target regional industrial facilities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and secure new accounts. This role is designed for a sales leader who wants their commercial success to earn them uncapped commissions and, for the right candidate, a direct path to acquiring local franchise equity. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Outside Sales & Territory Growth (90%) Identify, target, and win new client accounts across local manufacturing, warehousing, and skilled trades industries. Conduct on-site plant tours and present solutions to HR leaders, plant managers, and executives, utilizing national brand collateral and safety programs. Negotiate contracts and markup structures aligned with local office profitability targets. 2. Franchise Ownership Preparation (10%) - optional Shadow local franchise ownership to learn P&L management, franchise compliance, gross margin control, and business valuation. Achieve defined growth targets tied to a formal equity buy-in schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements Sales Track Record:
3-5+ years of B2B outside sales success, ideally within industrial staffing, logistics, or commercial services.
Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with the local industrial landscape and skilled trades market.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Highly self-motivated individual who wants to build equity in a proven franchise model. Compensation & Ownership Path Total compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 + equity plan for the right candidate, comprising: Base pay of $55,000 - 65,000 based on experience (paid bi-weekly), plus commission (paid monthly). After training and ramp up period, typical annualized commission in an average year is about $10,000, in a strong year is about $25,000. Travel/mileage allowances, health/retirement options, and corporate sales training resources. A structured, milestone-based pathway to purchase local franchise equity.
