About the role Our Metro by T-Mobile location is hiring. We're looking for an experienced sales rep to join our team. You'll be the first face customers see — helping people find the right phone and plan, activating new lines, and building a repeat customer base. What you'll do Greet customers and match them to the right device, plan, and accessories Activate new lines, process upgrades, and handle port-ins Hit and exceed monthly sales targets Handle billing questions, payments, and basic device troubleshooting Keep the store clean, stocked, and inventory accurate Open and close the store as scheduled What we're looking for 1+ year of sales experience required (wireless/phone sales strongly preferred) Comfortable working on commission and driven by targets Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Availability on evenings and weekends Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual a plus Pay & benefits $15.00/hour base pay Tiered commission of $5-$20 per sale on phones, cases, and accessories Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities for reps who produce Employee discounts on devices and service Paid training Top performers here regularly earn well above base.
