We are seeking several Automotive Sales Consultants to become an integral part of our team! Call Dan Flanigan 716-634-2000 to schedule an interview or, better yet, just stop in for an immediate interview!

Responsibilities:

Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to ensure that sales are maximized while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline Close and follow up on sales transactions Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints Network and build relationships with new and existing client base Follow up on all customer contacts, utilizing dealership's CRM tool.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales is not necessary. Ability to take direction from management Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to build rapport with clients Valid driver's license All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include Background Checks, MVR and Drug Screening Professional personal appearance Excellent communication skills Dave Smith Ford offers an aggressive pay plan based on salary, sales commission, Finance & Insurance, and month end unit bonus.
