Position Summary:

Empire Fasteners LLC is looking for a driven, hardworking Outreach and Sales Representative to join our team. This is a high-energy, phone-heavy role focused on building a book of business from the ground up. We're looking for someone motivated, coachable, and ready to put in the hard work to grow with us. Prior experience is not required — we care more about your dedication, hustle, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively find, build, and maintain a list of leads through research, outreach, and networking. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails each day. Build, develop, and manage strong customer relationships from first contact through long-term account growth. Promote Empire Fasteners' products and solutions with confidence and enthusiasm. Work closely with our internal team to prepare quotes, pricing, and follow-up proposals. Keep detailed records of leads, outreach activities, and sales progress in our CRM system. Represent Empire Fasteners LLC at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. Continuously learn about our products and the aerospace and defense industry to provide real value to our customers.

What We're Looking For:

No prior experience required. We're looking for grit, work ethic, and the drive to succeed. Must be comfortable making phone calls most of the day. Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to building your own book of business. Highly organized with the ability to manage outreach and follow-ups effectively. Willingness to work hard and grow within the company.
