This is an entry-level role with strong growth potential into Sales Account Manager and beyond. Responsibilities Respond to customer RFQs and inquiries quickly and professionally Request pricing and lead times from vendors Enter vendor pricing and information accurately Assist with preparing customer quotes Help with order entry and customer follow-up Track open quotes, sales orders, and expedite reports Support Sales Account Managers with daily account activity Communicate with customers, vendors, purchasing, warehouse, and quality Requirements Strong attention to detail Great phone and email communication skills Organized, reliable, and proactive Able to work quickly and manage multiple tasks Basic computer and data entry skills Sales, customer service, or office experience preferred Aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus Growth Opportunity This role is a great starting point for someone looking to build a career in sales, with the opportunity to grow into a Sales Account Manager role.
